Custom Url

Can I create a custom link to my form ie. "http://jotform.com/oursurvey.com"?

Yes it is possible to create a custom url. To do so please go to setup and embed>embed form> and click the icon next to the direct url:

Insert the custom url and click saved.

The final result will be:

https://www.jotform.com/username/custom url

i.e:

http://www.jotformpro.com/Carina/mysurvey
