    Can I send a form while being in my phone? And if so how?

    Yes, you should be able to get the form URL to send to your users so that they can access the form and submit and you can also invite assignees to your form using the same way on a computer. I suggest downloading the Jotform APP on your mobile phone to be able to access your form and edit, share and invite easily.
