A question is not appearing on a report that I'm running

Hi...On my Small Mammal Admit + History report the following question (see attached) is not showing up in the report data. However, the data is appearing in the Submissions. Perhaps something is wrong with the Email reply template? Thanks for your help.

Hi...It's not exactly what I'm looking for. While it's great that it provides a chart, it's still not pulling all of the data from the submission form. That is an issue - it's not pulling all of the data. Thanks for your time.

Hi....So, the data is populated (Small Mammal Type), but it's not appearing as an item in the report (at all). I've attached a copy of the page I recreated by adding the Form Field to the presentation. However, that should not have to happen. It should be appearing when I use Report Builder to start with, yes? Thanks.

Hi....I'm using the Visual Report Builder and the question is not appearing at all anywhere in the report when I generate it. Here's what I'm doing:

• Going to Report Builder
• Selecting a data source (form)
• Generate the report

The question: What Type of Small Mammal Is Your Pet does not appear anywhere in the presentation. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Thanks for your patience.

After some testings, I found out that Multiple Choice Element will be presented in a chart type by default when you generate a report via Visual Report Builder. It's not presented in a line item type, unlike other elements. If the element is not showing in the report, just like what my colleague said in the previous response, you can manually add a missing field.
