Can push notifications be sent through the app builder?

I know other app-building programs have a feature to send push notifications to those who have downloaded the created app. Does the Jotform app builder have that option?

I'm afraid that it is currently unavailable.

I have forwarded this to our developers as a feature request. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Also, we are not entirely sure if this will be implemented as it will depend on popularity among the users. We will inform you here once this feature becomes available.

However, you can receive push notifications when the form is submitted if you download Jotform Mobile App. We have mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Once you installed the app, please go to settings and turn on push notifications for Jotform Mobile App.
