Account suspended: Trying to upgrade the account

    I signed up for an account and created a form. As I tried to sign up for the Silver Account to upgrade, it wouldn't go through. Now I get an error message when I try to sign in and my form (petition) has bee disabled. HELP! This is time sensitive.

    Why is it suspended for phishing? Because I didn't remove the email collection feature that Jotform automatically includes in the petition template?!?

    It's a petition! It makes sense to collect emails of signatories in order to provide updates on actions.

    This is a time-sensitive petition and it took almost 5 hours to get a response from customer support.

    Is there anything that can be done to restore my account and form quickly?

    Utterly disappointed in JotForm...
