Does building an app in app-builder allow you to use forms in offline mode?

    To further clarify:

If I incorporate a form into the app I built, can any user down my company app, and complete forms offline? Or do the apps only work online?

It seems like the only way to complete forms offline right now is to download the JotForm app and sync the ones you have access to for offline use (https://www.jotform.com/help/589-how-can-i-use-jotform-mobile-forms-without-internet-access/)

Ultimately, I don't want to have users of my forms have to download and use JotForm's app to use my app (no offense).

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

To confirm: when you refer to the "app I built" are you referring to your Jotform App or a separate app that you are hosting yourself?

Our Jotform App (that you created within Jotform) is different than our Jotform Mobile Forms; while Jotform Mobile Forms (as you had mentioned above) can be synced and accessed offline, Jotform Apps cannot be used within internet access. Here's more information in regards to Jotform Apps FAQ

However, I want to ensure that we're on the same page in regards to what you're referring to about the app that you've built.

We look forward to your response and clarification!

    I think you answered it.

Yes, I'm referring to an app I created within JotForm when I said 'app I created'

So, to confirm, apps created within JotForm cannot be used offline?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification.

As my colleague has confirmed, the Jotform App is different from our Mobile forms. I've done some tests and the app created using the app builder cannot be accessed without an internet connection hence it is not possible for the app to be used in offline mode.

    I hope this helps.
