Need to download the PDF certificate

The PDF Document link (https://www.jotform.com/pdf-view/138d333544) attached to the email you received can only be downloaded by the account/form owner due to privacy restrictions enabled on their account. I suggest you contact the company or the organization that owns the form about this situation so they can adjust their privacy settings that will allow you to download that PDF.

They need to unrequire this option on their account settings before you can access the link.

Unfortunately, only the account/form owner can adjust these changes to their account.
