I've tried a couple of times but it seems there is an issue with downloading the completed preference form for BUSD middle school. There is an error evrytime.

I see you have 4 forms that share the name BUSD Preference. Could you point us to the one you're having issues with, please?

Also, are you downloading the completed preference form from tables, inbox, or email?

Hi, thank you for the quick reply, I need the very first form created, I submitted multiple times because it was generating an error every time I tried to download it from the email sent to me.

So just to be clear, you're not the owner of the form correct?
In that case, I would recommend you to contact the owner of the form.
I believe that the issue occurs because you don't have a Jotform account and the link provided needs authorization.
