Hello, I created a form for my dance classes, “Heels class sign up” and sent it to a group of ladies and they have been unable to sign up using the form. They said it just says “please wait” when they hit submit and it never goes through or processes. I don’t know what’s wrong with the form, can you please advise?

Hi there,
I cloned and reviewed your form and at first was able to replicate the issue. Looks like it has something to do the payment integration.
Issue also occurring on the cloned form. So I temporarily switched to to Paypal Personal(although you can use any other payment method), then I switched it back to Square and connected a Square account. This resolved the issue.

Good morning,
I switched to PayPal and each time I tried to connect my PayPal, it says “something went wrong”. When I tried to put in my square credentials again, I enter my info into the pop-up page for square but when I go back to my form, it still says my square has not been connected.

I have cleared the form's cache as an initial aid to the issue.
Please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then, try integrating Square with your form again.

Im on the phone with square now, as my link was not working directly from their site/app either. Their engineering team is asking for a ticket number so that they can investigate further. Can you provide me with a ticket number that I can give to them?

Hi,
I can see that the Square payment integration is successful on the form.
Upon checking, it looks like Square has an option to stop accepting payments. Can you please check if "Accept Online Orders" is enabled on your Square account? The screenshot below is from Square's support website.
