address removed

I want my e-mail address removed from any and all accounts linked with jotform. I have received more than my share of perverted offers that seem to use your service. We are currently considering legal action.

The only email that I see that was sent to ricknlisacrouch@gmail.com was a report abuse form that you filled out. In it there was no form provided to be able to look up the form in question. noreply@jotform.com is the default sender for notifications and autoresponders and we need more information then that to be able to find the form in question. If it's sent to a different email please provide that one so we can look it up, if you could also provide screenshots of the email we may be able to use that as well, make sure to include the to line of the email so we can see who all it was sent to.
