Can survey responses be sent specifically back to a specific person?

Dear JotForm,

We are currently upgrading our account to be able to create a waiver for our school such that every teacher can send out their waiver link to all of their families to complete a waiver. Is there a way to set a condition so that a parent's completed waiver can be sent to a specific teacher? In other words, I know that JotForm prints a report, but it would be amazing if after the parent completes the survey, the results could be sent to specific people.

If this is possible, can you please send me instructions on how to do so? Thanks!
