    Receiving duplicate submission emails.

    Is it normal that we get duplicate responses when someone submits a form? We have built an online application, but it seems like everyone who submits one, we get two or three duplicates.

    Hello Smalygo,

    Unfortunately, I am unable to check the web page URL you have shared. It does not open any page.

    I did check both of your form and did not find any issue with that. You are not receiving duplicate submission but one of your form "TEACHER APPLICATION" is sending multiple submission emails. You have added two "Notifier" and one "auto-reponder" in your from. Please check the screenshot below:

    This will send 3 submission emails. Two email to you and one email to the person who submitted the form. If you do not want to receive multiple submission emails, you may like to delete one of your highlighted notifer in the above screenshot.
