Hi,
You can add the edit link to the Autoresponder or Notifications email from the form builder. Please see the screenshot for the steps.
Thanks,
Rose

Hi Rose,
Thanks for your fast response. When I click on the form fields I only see 3 options I can add, that do not include the edit link. Is it possible that it has something to do with the fact that our form contains PHI questions (personal health info)? And if so, is there another way to do this?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
If your account and forms are HIPAA-compliant, I'm afraid the edit link would not be available since HIPAA-enabled accounts come with a stricter access policy. Only the form owner could edit the form submissions.
The possible workaround I could think of about this is to create another Jotform account(Free) that is not HIPAA compliant and clone the original form there. How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL
You can then provide the link for the cloned form to your users so whenever they want to edit their submission, they can just fill out and submit the cloned form so you could edit their submissions from the original form.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
