Smart PDF Forms: Thank You Page PDF download and email options do not work.

After PayPal payment, I selected "return to merchant" and got Thank You page.

I tried to download and email my PDF, but neither worked.

Download attempt: nothing downloaded

Note: the download and email PDF from the Thank You page works as expected for the check payment embedded form which does not go to PayPal after submit.

You can simply hide the payment field so you don't have to pay when testing the form.
