I would like to add a payment method, and for customer to have monthly reccuring payments.

After some tests, I'm afraid that it's not possible. The user must submit the form again if he/she wants to avail other program.

And hao can a customer choose more than one program?

Also can I charge their card for additional items (aside from reccuring payments), maybe uniform, competition?

As mentioned, I'm afraid selecting multiple subscriptions on a payment field intended to sell subscriptions (payment type) is not allowed and there is no option available to that would allow respondents to select multiple subscriptions or activate multiple subscriptions on a single submission.

As a workaround, you might consider adding another subscription option that says, "$215 main service + another $25 service".
