Email Campaign / follow up emails

Is it possible to create and send in jotform, follow-up emails to the confirmation email the form sender gets when they have submit a form? And is it possible to trigger that follow-up email depending on whether or not they open the first email eg if they don't open the first email they get sent a reminder/follow up email.

Yes, it is possible to send a follow-up email after sending the initial email to the users after submitting the form but it has to be configured. Please check the guide below.

As for the follow-up email to send if the user did not open the email unfortunately this is currently not possible as there is no way for us to determine if the user opened the email or not.
