How do I change the Title displayed when I print the results of a form?

When reviewing my submissions on the tables page, I would like to change the value of my form title - I'm not sure where it's currently pulling the information from.

Currently displayed in attached photo "1. Yes" - but would like to change this to "1. Title of Form" for example. Is this possible?

    Hi,

If you'll print the submission from the Jotform Tables view, the only option is to either show or hide the entry header, which will be the first data entered on the form.

If you'll use the PDF Editor, you will have the option to customize your form submission before printing it. Here's how you can access the PDF Editor if you're on the Jotform Tables.

You can review this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report/. It provides detailed instructions on how you can customize the submission before printing it.

    Thanks,
