I would like to have my two accounts merged please!

Please move all my forms from my old account - and delete if possible?

Hello,

You're still logged into the same account vicki.shull. You need to make the request from the account candicecarson in order to move that form.

I have logged into that account multiple times and sent the request from there. I'm not sure why it's not showing you that, what else can I do? Because I have logged out, then signed in to my candice.carson account and have sent the message to you.

I would suggest logging in to that account using a different browser. If you don't have another browser, please open a private browser window/incognito and log in there.

After that, access the link to this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/3658916 and reply using that account to confirm the request.
