Payment is not showing.

    I did a test run on my form for payment.

    I tested it with venmo (it shows the venmo option with paypal)

    It took the money out of my personal account and shows in my personal venmo that I paid my business.

    HOWEVER, the payment is not showing in my venmo business account.

    How long does it take? What should I do? Thanks

    Thank you for reaching support,

    Transactions should be reflected immediately after the payment completion.

    Can you share the Submission ID# of the submission that you are referring to so we can identify it and check?
