Form Revision: Missing all the revisions

    I was working on my form and the system closed down and I lost several of my updates! Can you revert my form back to 6:50 PM CST today?

    Are you unable to revert to a previous version from the Revision history?

    The last revision shows from the December 13th date. Were you logged in or did the session expire while you were working on the forms?

    Due to network connectivity or because of any other reason you could be logged out and the changes will not be saved on the forms.

    Looking forward to more details.

    Are you trying to upload any screenshots? Since email attachments are not supported so we did not get any screenshots on your post.

    Unfortunately, there is no revision for yesterday's date. The changes you made did not get saved.

    We are sorry but you need to redo the changes.

    Did you open multiple tabs in the browser while working on the form?
