My form is viewable and editable inside Jotform, but when I click "view form" I get an error message.

When I click "view form" inside Jotform, I get this error message. But the form has not been deleted – otherwise I presumably wouldn't be able to edit and update it, and it wouldn't show up in "My Forms". I've tried changing the form's URL and that hasn't worked. Hi there,

Generally, this issue happens when the form is deleted or the form id is invalid. As I checked, there's no form under your account. Are you referring to any other account?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot so we can have more insight into the issue? You can check this guide for the steps on how you can post screenshots here in the Support Forum.

We are looking forward to your response.

Hi Saeed, thanks for getting back to me! The account is under the email address team@swan.date (though it also sometimes works with OAuth) – but we've had a bunch of login problems too, and I have to reset my password pretty often just to be able to get access.

There's a screenshot above, but please say if you need anything else, I'm happy to help.

The form can be found here: https://eu.jotform.com/build/213402593877058

Hi Elle - Thank you for writing back to us.

Kindly try to reset the form URL and see if the issue still remains:

    Hi Saeed,

Thanks for the reply – this was actually the first thing I tried! Even with a custom URL, the issue persists.

Is there anything else I can do to fix it? This particular form is integrated with external systems in a way that means we can't easily just clone it and try again.
