How can I make a option for a subscription based product?

I do not need a quantity, but a way to show the product will be delivered every other week and a fee will be withdrawn, from the customer, those same weeks.

These guides are super helpful, but can't seem to find the solution for my specific issue.

    Thank you,

    Hi there -

Thanks for reaching out! I have an answer to your question about the subscription form.

For subscription forms, you will need to make use of a payment field and use the subscription method of payment. For example, you can set up recurring payments with Square. Square recurring is supported by JotForm. You can use Square Recurring integration with JotForm. When you select 'Sell Subscription' as Payment Type, you can create subscription plans and collect payments along with the delivery of products.

Once you have your account set up with the form, all subscription payments you receive via your form will be directed to the payment gateway and your account under the payment gateway service will start charging your subscribers on a recurring basis. You can set the frequency weekly to get paid.
