Multiple Excel Sheets with Submissions

I know there is an excel sheet for all of the submissions in our form. We were interested in having each sport on its own list when the individual completes the registration form. Do you think it would be possible to set it up this way? If so, how could it be done?

That is not possible, you must download the complete spreadsheet and then apply the filters.

An alternative would be set up folders using Unique ID and integrate the form with dropbox. Please check the guide below
