I need to import submissions from CSV file, is that possible

Hi,

I'm starting my own practice separate from the organization at which I used to work. The owner there gave me permission to take my form and submission data with me.

I've figured out how to copy my form over (shared it as a template from old account, grabbed it in the new account, unshared it from old account). And I've downloaded all my data to a CSV...but now how do I get that data back into my form in my new account?
