So far, I've tested a form with several fields, I made the conditional sets and then deleted some fields. I don't reproduce the problem.
Looks like it can be a problem with browser type or browser cache. Can you please let us know the type of browser you are using?
We do recommend Chrome or Firefox to edit forms, for our platform is optimized to work properly in those browsers.
