Good morning,
I have a question about the Date/Time schedule form.
I am trying to make schedule appointments by the hour but it skips an hour when I preview the form. I need scheduled times of 1am-2am, 2am-3am, 3am-4am, and so on for 24 hours.
How do I make that happen?
Thank you,
Jim

Dear jamesdenny,
Thank you for your question.
Can you please elaborate a bit more when you say it skips an hour? Can you provide a screenshot to reflect this?

I have tested the form to see what you would like and made a few alterations.
As you can see on my clone the appointment slot is for 1 hour
It is important to note that the end time must be greater than the start time.
As you can see on my form you are able to book for 1 hour slots every hour of the day
Is this what you would like? Please let us know
Kind regards,
Francis

Hi James Denny,
Thank you for contacting Jotform support.
I checked the link that you provided 220193084545151 and it seems like it was already not available or the form has already been deleted.
I checked the other form that has the same Title under your account and replicate your issue.
https://www.jotform.com/form/220193736656158The reason why that it looks like it skips an hour when you preview the form it's because the time is already in the past and that is the only available time on the current date.
See screen cast below. But if you look on the next date all the current time is available since it was not yet on the present time.
Result of the next date:
