Hi -
I have a wedding consultation inquiry form and the approvals have not been functioning - when I click the approval it doesn't actually send the email to the clients!?
Please help me get this resolved, it's the lynchpin to my communication for my business.Cheers,

Hello Adam,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.
I've checked the Approval Flow of your form and found that the Sender Email of the Send Email Elements is left empty, you will need to set it to our SMTP server noreply@jotform.com or use your SMTP.

I just checked and everyone single one of these show the sender email on my end filled in correctly? Is that really the issue?

Hello,
It is also showing empty from my end. Kindly make sure you have clicked on SAVE before leaving the configuration settings.
