I am looking to renew my account but cannot find my forms

    How would your company want me renew or update my acct with you all when and I cant even begin to get any help or assist with anything..

    for the last 2 weeks Ive been reaching out trying to get in touch with some one

    I need assist with this b4 I renew or upgrade me acct.

    I am unable to see any forms in your account andraegordon - would there be another username or email address that your forms could be under?

    Do you happen to have the URL of one of the forms that you are looking to locate within Jotform's system?

    I am unable to find any notification emails or autoresponder emails sent to your email an*******don@g***l.com except for notifications of thread responses and cannot find any associated accounts that may house these forms, so if you do have another account that may be under a separate username or email address, kindly let us know and we can certainly search.

    LAST YEAR MY HUSBAND HAD IT SET UP WHERE THE FORMS WAS HERE & NOW I CAN'T SEE THEM NOR THE OLD FORMS THAT MY CLIENTS FILLED OUT .. BUT I CANT SEE THEM.

    Can you please confirm with your husband if he had used any user accounts before?
