Why do my forms keep coming up with data from the previous person when using it from the same computer?

I use a few forms as application forms as part of induction (on a assigned induction only computer)

however when im opening it for a new person the data from the previous person is populated in the fields so i have to delete the brouser history each time

Upon checking your form "SPF01.1 EMPLOYEE APPLICATION FORM", I found that the "Auto Fill" setting of this form is enabled. The saves the data in browser as soon as it is input. Please be noted that the input data will always be there on browser untill the form is submitted or the browser history is cleared.
