Approval Flow: Updating the more actions option in email to correspond to a custom option.

    Hello! Collaboration HUB here. Thanks for your quick response last week. I have four basic questions:

    (1) How do I set it to display empty form fields in the email sent to the approver? Currently, all empty (unfilled) forms are hidden.

    (2) How do I remove the Jotform banner from the submission form when viewed in the browser? What is the pricing on that?

    (3) How do I remove the Jotform logo from the email sent to the approver? What is the pricing on that?

    (4) My approval workflow involves three buttons: "Approve", "Deny", and "Revisions Needed". However, the email sent to the approver displays "Approve", "Deny", and "More Actions". How do I display the "Revisions Needed" within the email?

    (1) How do I set it to display empty form fields in the email sent to the approver? Currently, all empty (unfilled) forms are hidden.

    You can hide/unhide empty form fields in email notifications. There is a guide for this.

    You need to go to SETTINGS, then EMAILS, and for NOTIFICATIONS click on the pencil icon.

    Click on the tab ADVANCED and scroll down to Hide Empty Fields.

    (2) How do I remove the Jotform banner from the submission form when viewed in the browser? What is the pricing on that?

    Removable Jotform Branding is available in all paid plans, you may check the pricing and usage here.

    To remove the Jotform Branding:

    Click on your profile picture-> Settings-> Uncheck the option Jotform Branding.

    (3) How do I remove the Jotform logo from the email sent to the approver? What is the pricing on that?

    If you would like to remove the Jotform log in the notification email:

    On your form, go to SETTINGS >> EMAILS >> NOTIFICATION >> Click the Pencil icon >> Remove or delete the Jotform logo at the top left beside form title

    Hello,

    If you go into the approval flow, you can view the templates for each approval email by going to edit email in their respective settings. Once there you can change what the buttons say.

    Thank you, but how do I change what the buttons say and do? I do not see an option for this. When I click or double-click on the buttons, nothing happens. We need the 3rd button to say "Revisions Needed", and for it to correspond to the "Revisions Needed" action.

    Hi collaborationhub,

    You can change what the buttons say by clicking on the approval element settings, you'll also be able to add another option through this option. Once done, you'll be able to link them to an element of your choice as well. Please see below for a short visual.

    I already did this, but when I go to the email template, the "Revisions Needed" button is missing and replaced with a "More Options" button. How do I show the "Revisions Needed" button in the email?

    Hi collaborationhub,

    Apologies! I seem to have missed your question the first time.

    I understand that you wish to change how "more actions" appear in the template email. I'm afraid this is not supported at the moment. However, his would be a great feature to have. I will be submitting a feature request to have this functionality available in the future. While we cannot provide an ETA on when this will be available, rest assured, that we'll do our best to implement them as soon as we can.
