I have a website www.latavolo.com that I am using jotform with.
When someone signs up for a class they get this 500 Internal error which says:
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, firstname.lastname@example.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
By the way, devanb is no longer my webmaster and I need to get his information off my forms.
I have heard from a couple of people that are signing up for classes that they are getting this error. A thank you note is not going to them, nor are they being redirected to my website. Instead, the webpage they are taken to instead of a thank you is this:Also, when someone signs up for a class, I am not receiving the class information. I do receive notification that they have paid, but no longer am receving the class information from jot form. I used to get something from jotform that would say what the person signed up for.

You actually have 3 entirely separate issues here so I have split them accordingly and we will handle them individually to prevent confusion.
Now then, In regards to your mentioned server error it may have been temporary. I checked your form and tested it where it redirected me back to the same page your email form is on at the bottom. Has anyone else continued to report this issue to you?
Are you able to find out what browser|browser version they are experiencing this problem on? It may have been a connection issue on their end while accessing the form through our server.
