Inquiry about Available Space feature in the Jotform plans

    Hello,

    I am inquiring about some of the features of the Jotform plans on the website. Is the available space (listed in the features) for the number of forms that are created under the account or collectively for the forms created and forms submitted.

    Additionally, I would like to know if Jotform is compatible for integration with electronic health record software such as AthenaHealth.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The available space indicated in the plan features refers to your total upload space limit. Submissions can have file attachments on them and these files will take up the Upload Space limit. Please also note that this is fixed and does not reset.

    In case you have reached the limit and you want to free up your upload space, you would have to delete submissions that have file uploads on them. However, please also keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers. The total upload space limit takes into account all the submissions from all your forms.
