Very cool service, but I have some problems with my email notifications about submitions of this form, it displaying wrong data, and I can't find settngs to set it up.
I have the following email: (attached)
How can I fix this?

Hi,
That's happening when the email notification was messed up and stops updating.
Recreating your email notification should resolve the problem. Just delete your existing email notification and create a new one. When you customize the email body, make sure not to change the field tags e.g. {name}.
