clicking on edit link gives error

    Hi,

     

    clicking on edit link gives following error which has following url in browser: http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=41312549862456&sid=265871101775757550&mode=edit

     

    my hyperlink is: http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=41312549862456&sid={id}&mode=edit

     

    clicking on edit link gives error Image 1 Screenshot 20Invalid Form URL
    This form is not available for this domain.
    http://www.jotform.me/form/41312549862456

     

    however if you click on http://www.jotform.me/form/41312549862456, user is able to edit

     

    can you please let me know why I am getting Invalid Form URL.

    Hi,

    The URL you mentioned, this one

    https://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=41312549862456&sid={id}&mode=edit

    it has the wrong submission ID value of {id} - this is suppose to be the submission ID number which is unique numbers generated on form submission. This is the cause of the URL error message.

     Can you tell us how you provided the Edit link of the form. Was it via e-mail link?

    I also suggest you take a look on this user guide as it will provide helpful details on how to add the Edit Link of the submission

    You can add the edit link on the e-mail message like this
