I found your email in the bounced emails list:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 sender rejected. IB504 - 18.104.22.168
This means that your email address failed to accept the email notifications at one time - and no email has been sent since -
I have removed the email from the bouce list (which you can do yourself if it ever happens)
You may also want to edit your email notification as shown in this linked guide and add in the following details:
Those settings are improtant in making sure you do not miss any email notifications.
