Hi there,
please see attached screen shot below, while creating approval flow for a form, for some reason not all form are showing to select from is there something I'm missing ?

hey there, just cleared as per the instruction and restarted laptop. same still cant view all forms.

Could you please provide with us one of the form URLs not is not showing in the dropdown?
Could you please check if all the forms are in "public" access?

Thank you for your response!
Could you confirm on your approval flow if you already have a form element routed to the same form (213013805908047)? If so, it is not possible to create a new form element with the same form ID. Instead, you can redirect other conditions to the existing form element instead, depending on your requirements.

its the only form in the flow. no elements routed to that form. FYI Form ID is one of the pre-fill cells i want to carry over to the generated form

Hi there, quick update this is now showing all forms thanks, but im still unable to select form as its been used in another workflow. as far as i know its not used in any other approval flow.
what is considered "used in approval flow"

The repair form has its own approval flow as you can see below.
Kindly delete the approval flow and then check again. It should become available after its own approval flow is deleted.
