Hi there,
If it was deleted less than 30 days ago and trash entries has not been purged, you should still be able to recover them. See screenshot below for the steps:
Click the three dots and select trash entries:
On the right side you'll see the deleted submissions.
You can individually select them or select all of them and hit restore:
Hope this helps!
Let me know if you have any clarifications.
Best regards! -

I tried that and it said that they were no deleted entries. I deleted the file not less than a week.
Please can you help me recover it? I have the pdf downloaded. -

Greetings!
I understand that you have deleted Form Submission but you are unable to recover it from the Trashed Entries. I apologize for any inconvenience.
I have inspected your account and I see two forms. One, the form you are referring to shows 10 submissions, and the other shows 0.
I have also checked the Trash entry folder but there's no entry in the Trash folder. I'm afraid that you have deleted it from the Trash folder using Delete Forever. If this is the case,
Unfortunately, we can no longer restore permanently deleted submissions as mentioned on this warning when you try to delete:
But you can try reverting to the previous version of the Table and see if the data will be restored. Here's an example:
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

The revision option didn't work.
I am sure that I didn't delete the file from the trash entry.
I deleted the form from the mobile app (IOS) and it was permanently deleted without warning. This might explain why the file isn't in the trash entry.
I had the deleted form downloaded in pdf previously. Is there a way I can upload it back to the data table?

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
I deleted the form from the mobile app (IOS) and it was permanently deleted without warning. This might explain why the file isn't in the trash entry.
To avoid confusion, I will be moving this question to another thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/3801313
Unfortunately, the files that have been deleted cannot be recovered anymore. However, you can collect all your missing submissions from downloaded PDFs or email notifications you have received, then import them to your tables using our Import App. Alternatively, you may also click on the add row button on your submission table and fill out each columns manually.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
