Invoice for upgrading my account

    Lastly, i've contacted the administration in order to know about the invoice for upgrading my account, but i had no reply. It's a bit urgent, could you please do something about it? Thanks for your patience.

    yes, i'm trying to upgrade my account via PO. Since i represent an enterprise, i need an invoice, but i can't figure out how to request it. Awaiting for your kind reply.
