Need to create an auto send to a refferal within the form

I am creating a driver referral form. I need help to link your application URL to automatically send to the referral when a driver submits the form. So once the driver enters the referral information, I need it to automatically send our application link to the email address they listed on the referral.

You can do this by setting up an autoresponder email: Setting up an Autoresponder Email

1. Click Settings at the top of the Form Builder.
2. Next, click Emails on the left panel.
3. Click the Add an email button.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
