Dynamic approvals based on form field

    I am trying to build an approval workflow that will send the form to the appropriate approver based on a field selection in the form.

    Field - Area Director (select one of 8 Areas)

    Based on this field is who would receive the approval email

    Is there a way to set this up? I thought it would be in the Condition Rule but it looks like that is only for Notification emails and not Approval emails.

    Yes there is!

    Actually here in Jotform we have the "Approval Flow" feature that you can filter and set email who can receive the submissions.

    On your Builder Form>Settings>Approval Flows>Create an approval flow.

    Might as well have a look on this link https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-268-jotform-approvals/.

    We noticed that there is no approval flow created yet on the form.
