How can I trigger the approval workflow automatically after submitting new form via API?

I'm using the end-point https://api.jotform.com/form/{FormId}/submissions?apiKey= to submit new entries. Unfortunately, those entries don't get triggered automatically in the approval workflow. I also get this message when open the form submissions:

This submission is not connected to the approval flow. To start the approval flow click the button.

along with a "Start approval flow" button.

I hope that there's a way to do that automatically via api.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, such functionality is not yet available; however, Jotform Approvals make it easy for you to set up approval flows for your form.
