Can you please elaborate on the issue that you're having. If you're unable to approve a submission while using the app can you say which form it is? Can you also provide the device you're using as well as the app version? Screenshots or a video uploaded to a public drive could also be helpful in understanding what's happening when you're attempting to approve.
