    Hello,
If I am logged in to JotForms when I click the Jotform icon in the Classic block on my site (which loads fully over https -- no mixed content issues), I get a modal that says I have no forms.
If I am not logged in to JotForms when I click the Jotform icon in the Classic block, I am prompted to log in and then I see my forms, but selecting one is not an option. I can check the box next to the form I want to embed, but there is no "Continue" button or any other way to select the form. In addition, I can't close the modal -- the x doesn't work. All I can do is refresh the editor, after which, if I click the Jotform icon in the classic block, I again get the message that I have no forms (because I am now logged in, presumably).
I am using the latest version of Chrome (just updated yesterday) on Windows 11.
The following errors and exceptions appear in the console (I totally deactivated our security plugin in case the firewall was preventing something from working right):
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')

    Hello Granzo,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried to replicate your issue on my account but clicking on the Jotform icon did not show any error on my end. If you could kindly share a screencast or a link of a screen recording so we can find out the cause of the error.

Also, It seems like there is no account created with the email you've provided. Please make sure you are using the correct email address when logging in.

    Hello Tina,

Thank you so much for the recording you shared with us. If you would like to embed a form to your wordpress.com site, I would suggest using the Custom HTML in Wordpress, and It can be done by following this guide How to Embed a Form to Wordpress.com.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Lorenz,
Thanks for the reply. As the video illustrates, we HAVE embedded a form. It
just takes a really long time to load. We wanted to try the plugin as an
alternative to see if it was faster. Can you confirm that the plugin (as
    seen here:
    https://www.jotform.com/help/174-embed-jotform-in-wordpress-using-the-embed-form-plugin/)
does't work (since you are suggesting a different option for me rather than
telling me how to make the plugin work)?
If this is too much of a time waster for you, don't worry about it. The
word is that after this course is over, we're switching to Gravity Forms
    anyway.
    Thanks!
    Tina

    Hello,

When embedding forms, numerous things can occur, especially JavaScript conflicts that may not behave correctly on your website depending on what else you have on it. I would try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser and see if that works better. If it's still not working I would try using the iframe embed method for your form and see if that's behaving correctly.

    Thanks, Parker.
Please go ahead and close this ticket out.
I get the sense that no one is really following what I'm saying. I thought
that the video, which included an example of how we ARE already
successfully embedding a form would be sufficient. But, as you are the
second person to suggest that I try embedding the form (when I've shown
I've already done that), I think we are all wasting our time. My client
will simply have to live with the slow-loading embedded form and I will
    delete the malfunctioning plugin.
FYI Clearing my cache was the first thing I tried. I included the
