Google sites icon unavailable in the embed form wizard

I have made my first file upload form I am trying to embed it to my google site. But I cannot find the google sites icon in my Embed Form Wizard. Someone help me to attach my form to my site.

The google sites option is on the second row fourth column. That's right below the facebook button on your screenshot.
