All requied fields are filled but an error message appears and block the following

My form worked good but it doesn't work now.

The problem is:

1. Even if all required fields are filled, an error message appears and block the continuation.

Please, could you check it and tell me what happend because clients can't be registred.

I tried your form just now but I couldn't reproduce the problem. I can navigate throughout the pages without any problem.

Did you embed your form to your website? If so, may we know the website URL so we can check the form here? You may also try embedding your form using iframe embed code, this might help.

If that doesn't help, try replacing your phone number field widget to a regular phone number tool and see if it remedied the problem.
