Hello,
Jotform works with Google Chrome and Firefox. But with Internet Explorer once you fill out the form and click submit. It tells you that "There are errors on this page Please fix them before continuing". But all the fields are filled out. This only happen with IE.

So that we may assist you better. Please provide the location where your form is embedded on your page, as I am having diffifulty finding it. It appears not to be on the main categories of the page.
Thank you.

I ran some tests and got the same error message only with IExplorer in the website version:
But if testing the standalone version of the form I could go to the next phase where I'm informed about inserting invalid Credit Card information, the same as with Chrome:
I suggest you to try embedding the form again, if possible using the iFrame method.
Please let us know if the problem persists.
Thank you.

I id use IFrame.
Maybe the issue is the app that I used. No other form that I have with jotform, have an app.

I created a clone of your form and embed it using the Iframe method. It works normally so I suggest you to clone your form and try embedding again the form in the website. This might solve the situation.
You can try the test form here:
