Store email addresses to send forms

Hi, is there anyway you can store email addresses so that you do not have to manually type them each time you send a form? Can you add email addresses and then select which address you wish to send the form to?

I have 3 engineers who I need to send our forms to for completion but not at the same time. I was asking if there is anywhere we can store email addresses and select the ones needed at the time as opposed to manually typing them in each time
