I don't see my file upload fields as an option to prefill.

    I don't see my file upload fields as an option to prefill. I also can't add upload images {IMG:FileUpload} in the email sent to the Assignee. I'm I missing something or is not possible?

    Thank you for reaching Jotform support.

    To clarify do you want to use URL parameters to pre-fill the upload field?

    We can only get the URL file link but we cannot pre-fill the upload field using URL parameters.

    You may edit your submission so that you can upload new files.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Jotform Prefill feature does not allow File Upload Elements to be prefilled; however, by the description in your request, you can easily accomplish the workflow described by using the How to Show or Hide Fields on Edit URL method.
