    David just wrote me and of course I can not respond so I cam writing back. 

     


    I have not gotten any submissions since February.  I had a web guy that works for me log into jotform today and sent me a test from the website.  I got his test.  He may have turned something off or on today to make it work.  So he sent me a working test today a couple hours ago.  However, All of those leads you see since February, I have not seen until today when my web guy informed me to log into my jotform account.  So that is 4 months of leads I never received or knew about.  What happened?

    Hi,

    I checked your form and I show you receiving submissions as of today:

    Is it the emails your are not receiving or the submissions?  As I show no loss in submissions.  However if you are missing the emails, please let us know and we will be happy to look into this further.  We are very sorry about this and hope we can help you get this resolved.

    Sorry I thought you were asking the same question again from a different account.  I would check to see if you email notifications are setup properly.
