I edited a template, but am not receiving the new questions through email

    Dear,

    I created a form by using a template and added my own extra questions. When using the form (after saving) I receive only the answers on the questions that where already in the template. Same for the title of the form etc. etc. I looks like my extra questions are not activated or something.

    Hello Niels

     

    From what you report the template has a customized email notification, and because it was customized it does not update itself when you edited the form.

    It is necessary to create a new email notification and to delete the previous one. 

    Let us know if the problem persists.
